2. What data we process

Only the information you provide when contacting us: your name or company name, email address, telephone number (optional), product you are interested in and the content of your message. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we will also process your telephone number or email address and anything you send us. We do not process special categories of personal data or data relating to children.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

  • To deal with your enquiry about products, availability, formats or prices, and to send you the information or quotation you request. Legal basis: your consent when you send us your enquiry and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
  • To manage our commercial relationship if you become a customer or supplier: orders, deliveries, invoicing, and accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To maintain professional contact with the contact persons at customer or supplier companies. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 19 of Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (Organic Law 3/2018), LOPDGDD).

We will not send you marketing communications without your consent, make automated decisions or create profiles using your data.

4. How long we keep your data

Data relating to an enquiry that does not lead to a commercial relationship is kept for as long as necessary to deal with it, and for no longer than one year. Customer and supplier data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory retention periods (for example, six years for commercial and accounting records). Once these periods have expired, the data is deleted.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties unless we are legally required to do so (for example, with the tax authorities). To provide our services, we work with our web hosting provider (servers in the European Union) and our email provider, Google (Google Workspace). They act as data processors under contracts that guarantee confidentiality and security.

6. International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your data will also be processed by Meta (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.) in accordance with its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by emailing admin@terraverdenatural.com or writing to our postal address, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe that we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration. This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

9. Accuracy of data

By sending us an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that, if it relates to another person, you have their authorisation.
